For App Store user support, email the DragonPace support address below. Only attach files, screenshots, videos, or exported reports that you choose to share.

What To Include

When reporting an issue, include as much of the following as possible:

Troubleshooting

  • Confirm Location, Motion, Camera, Microphone, and Photos permissions in iOS Settings.
  • For GPS issues, enter Start Recording and wait for GPS warm-up before starting the session.
  • Keep the iPhone exposed to the sky where practical. A covered or dropped phone can reduce GPS quality.
  • Mount the iPhone firmly to improve stroke-rate and stroke-count estimates.
  • For video issues, confirm the video plays before exporting a watermarked video.
  • For Photos issues, try saving a shorter video first and confirm there is enough device storage.
  • For long sessions, note heat, battery level, storage, and whether the phone was mounted securely.

Files You May Share

You may choose to share these files for troubleshooting:

  • Screenshots or screen recordings.
  • Exported CSV files.
  • Exported ZIP backups.
  • Support reports generated by the app.
  • Short video samples, if the issue is video-related.

Do not send private team, athlete, location, or video data unless you are comfortable sharing it.

Training And Safety

DragonPace is a training record and review tool. Do not operate the app in a way that distracts from paddling, steering, coaching, race safety, water conditions, or local rules.

GPS, speed, distance, route, stroke-rate, and stroke-count estimates can be affected by iPhone placement, GPS signal, water conditions, boat vibration, and the training environment.
